INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 – 5 lb. Tub Reser’s Homestyle Shredded Cole Slaw (71117.15126)
  • 1 lb. crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 4 oz. Chipotle in Adobo, chopped
  • 1 lb. Reser’s Purely Hand-Cut Fruit Diced Mango Chunks (79453.17029)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add Reser’s Homestyle Shredded Cole Slaw to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in chipotle, pineapple and mango chunks into the Cole Slaw. Reserve part of the mango chunks for garnish.
  3. Garnish with remaining mango chunks.
