HAWAIIAN MACARONI POTATO SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix Reser’s Potato Salad and Reser’s Macaroni Salad together in a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Chop pineapple, onions, red and green peppers and add to salad, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Toast sesame seeds and coconut in oven, watching closely to not burn.
  5. Reserve a tablespoon of sesame seeds and coconut. Mix remaining coconut and sesame seeds into salad. Sprinkle the reserved seeds and coconut on top of salad.
  6. Serve salad well chilled.
