LA FIESTA CHICKEN TACOS

Yield: 24 tacos

INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 lb. Reser’s® La Fiesta Bean Salad 71117.14201
  • 2 lb. diced, cooked chicken breast
  • 1 bunch chopped cilantro
  • 1 lb. Cotija Cheese
  • 2 lb. Baja Café Pico De Gallo
  • 24 ea. Don Pancho® Golden Blend tortillas

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In each tortilla mix 2 oz. of La Fiesta Bean Salad, 1 ½ oz. chicken breast.
  2. Top with 1 oz. Cotija Cheese and 1 oz. of Pico De Gallo.
  3. Sprinkle chopped cilantro over each taco and serve.
