MAC & CHEESE CASSEROLE W/ SMOKED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 lbs Reser’s® White Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese (71117.12999)

  • 2 lbs Reser’s® Shredded Potatoes  (71117.14433)

  • 2 lbs smoked chicken, shredded

  • 8 oz red bell pepper, diced

  • 1 lb panko bread crumbs

  • 1 lb Parmesan cheese, shredded

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Reser’s White Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese, Reser’s Shredded Potatoes, diced bell peppers and smoked chicken.

  2. Place the mixture in a prepared baking pan. Top with the Parmesan cheese and panko crumbs.

  3. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until hot throughout and brown on top. Cut into 24 portions and serve.
