PIMENTO CHEESE PANINI

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 slices of good quality Bread, thick sliced
  • 3 oz. Reser’s Pimento Cheese Spread
  • 2 slices of cooked Applewood Bacon
  • 4 (5 oz.) grilled Chicken Breast
  • 1 oz. Arugula
  • 1 oz. sliced Jarlsberg or Munster Cheese
  • 1/2 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
  • Olive Oil (for drizzle)
  • Fresh Thyme

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Coat both sides of bread with Reser’s Pimento Cheese Spread.
  2. Layer the bacon, chicken breast, cheese and thyme. Add apple slices and top with Arugula.
  3. Add second slice of bread and grill on Panini press until browned and bubbly.

 

Makes one sandwich
