RESER’S CHILI MAC & CHEESE

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat Reser’s Macaroni & Cheese in a steamer until hot, about 20 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet or oven, brown the ground beef and drain reserving 1/2 cup of drippings.
  3. In a large pot combine the ground beef, Pico de Gallo salsa, chili powder, salt and reserved drippings.
  4. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let cook 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Add the heated Macaroni & Cheese to the ground beef mixture and mix well.

 

Serves approximately 20
