Buffalo Chicken Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 5 lb Reser’s® Original Macaroni & Cheese (71117.03250)
  • 1 lb shredded chicken
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 6 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 cups Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 lb sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup bleu cheese crumbles
  • 3 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley

Directions:

  1. Mix the Reser’s Original Macaroni & Cheese, chicken, onion, celery, cheese, wing sauce, and sour cream in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Pour mixture into greased baking dish or hotel pan.
  3. Mix the breadcrumbs, melted butter, bleu cheese, and parsley.
  4. Sprinkle over the macaroni & cheese.
  5. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
