Buffalo Chicken Macaroni & Cheese
- 5 lb Reser’s® Original Macaroni & Cheese (71117.03250)
- 1 lb shredded chicken
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 6 stalks celery, diced
- 2 cups Buffalo wing sauce
- 1 lb sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 lb Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup bleu cheese crumbles
- 3 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- Mix the Reser’s Original Macaroni & Cheese, chicken, onion, celery, cheese, wing sauce, and sour cream in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour mixture into greased baking dish or hotel pan.
- Mix the breadcrumbs, melted butter, bleu cheese, and parsley.
- Sprinkle over the macaroni & cheese.
- Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
