La Fiesta Chicken Tacos

Ingredients:
- 5 lb Reser’s® La Fiesta Bean Salad (71117.14201)
- 2 lb cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 bunch chopped cilantro
- 1 lb Cotija cheese
- 2 lb Reser’s® Baja Café® Pico De Gallo (71117.00106)
- 24 Don Pancho® Golden Blend Tortillas (79341.01106)
Directions:
- In each Don Pancho Golden Blend Tortilla, mix 2 oz of Reser’s La Fiesta Bean Salad and 1 1/2 oz chicken breast.
- Top with 1 oz Cotija cheese and 1 oz of Reser’s Baja Café Pico De Gallo.
- Sprinkle chopped cilantro over each taco and serve.
