Pulled Pork Quesadilla
Yield: 2 quesadillas
Ingredients:
- 2 each Don Pancho® 12-inch Hatch Green Chile Wrap (79341.02835)
- 5 oz pulled pork
- 3 oz Pepper Jack cheese
- 2 oz Reser’s® Baja Café® Pico De Gallo (71117.00106)
Directions:
- Place pulled pork on a Don Pancho Cheesy Jalapeño Wrap.
- Top with Reser’s Baja Café Pico De Gallo.
- Sprinkle with cheese and place the other wrap over it.
- Brown on both sides on a hot griddle, cut into 6 triangles and serve.
