Pulled Pork Quesadilla

Yield: 2 quesadillas

Ingredients:

  • 2 each Don Pancho® 12-inch Hatch Green Chile Wrap (79341.02835)
  • 5 oz pulled pork
  • 3 oz Pepper Jack cheese
  • 2 oz Reser’s® Baja Café® Pico De Gallo (71117.00106)

Directions:

  1. Place pulled pork on a Don Pancho Cheesy Jalapeño Wrap.
  2. Top with Reser’s Baja Café Pico De Gallo.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese and place the other wrap over it.
  4. Brown on both sides on a hot griddle, cut into 6 triangles and serve.
