INGREDIENTS:

  • 18 chunks, Reser’s Cantaloupe Chunks
  • 18 slices, Prosciutto, cut into ribbons
  • 12¬†balls, Ciliegine mozzarella
  • For garnish, Basil
  • 6¬†Bamboo Skewers

DIRECTIONS:

  1. On each skewer, place cantaloupe, prosciutto ribbon, mozzarella, cantaloupe, prosciutto ribbon, cantaloupe, prosciutto ribbon, mozzarella. Repeat with all the remaining skewers.

  2. Garnish with basil and serve as an appetizer.
