MACARONI AND EGG SALAD

Yield: 24 servings

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 – 7 lb. carton of Reser’s Macaroni Salad
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 3 stalks of celery, diced
  • 1 cup fresh corn (off the cobb)
  • 1 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 cup red peppers, diced
  • 6 eggs hard cooked

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a large mixing bowl add the Reser’s Macaroni Salad.
  2. Dice five of the eggs, mix with remaining ingredients and add to bowl.
  3. Cut remaining egg into wedges and use as garnish.
