Rio Acai Smoothie

Yield: 8 quarts, 16 each pint servings.

Ingredients:

  • 4 lb. Reser’s Pineapple Chunks (79453.77957)
  • 4 each Acai puree packets, frozen
  • 8 Banana, sliced and frozen for at least 1 hour
  • 1 15 oz can Coconut milk
  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Drain pineapple from syrup and refrigerate both.
  2. In a large high-speed blender, place all ingredients and blend on high until smooth, 60-90 seconds.
  3. Use tamper if needed to insure the mixture is completely combined and smooth.
